TIME OFF POLICY 1 ½ days off will be earned for each 7 days under dispatch. Drivers are to call their Fleet Manager by 10 AM on the day prior to the day they are scheduled to report back to work to learn about the next day’s dispatch and actually be ready “On Time” to go out. Failure to contact your Fleet Manager within 72 hours of your return date is considered as your voluntarily resignation.

TEAM BASE PAY

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Must be 23 years of age
  •  Driver trainee must be school graduate with 85 or above Road Test Score and GPA, and successfully a complete road-driving test with DHT
  •  Must have a Class A CDL
  •  No reckless or careless driving convictions within the last 3 years.
  •  Must have no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years – never in a commercial vehicle
  •  Felony convictions to be determined by a Review Board on an individual basis in accordance with FCRA rules and regulations
  •  Must satisfactorily complete DHT pre-employment processing (written test, road test, physical examination, substance and alcohol screen)
  •  Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquires and to make entries on reports and records according to DOT 39.11(b)(2)
