OTR Company Driver

CDL Truck Driver Job (Class A)
We are seeking a dependable and efficient CDL Class A truck driver who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina able to withstand long hours on the road. Must be organized, detailed oriented, and comfortable working independently. A clean driving record and commercial driving experience is a must.

RCH Interstate Freight provides:

• Newer Model Vehicle owned by RCH Interstate Freight (usually Kenworth T680)
• Pays for Insurance
• Pays for Gas via gas card
• Pays for maintenance and PM's
• Weekly pay via direct deposit 22% gross load pay ( drivers average $1400/week)

CDL Truck Driver Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Home time is up to you
• No touch freight
• Ensure contents are properly secured in a dry van refer or flatbed to prevent damage/injury

• Communicate with dispatch as needed

• Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip

• Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean

• Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.) Expenses on the road are reimbursed by RCH Interstate Freight
• Notify dispatch of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
• Follow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
• Track and report working hours
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations

• Make safety a priority at all times

CDL Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) required
• 2+ years of proven experience in commercial truck driving preferred
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Comfortable with long-haul transport

• Proficient using GPS, ELD and other routing systems

• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful

Pay: $1,300.00 - $2,400.00 per week
