Driver Pay Rates
- Paid $200 a day minimum

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route
- Pickups and Deliveries: from chicken farms to the Sumter plant
- Days and Hours: Sunday through Thursday; some weekends; 4pm start time
- Equipment: 2017 Kenworths; some slip-seat
- Hiring Areas: within 40 miles of Pilgrims plant in Sumter SC
- Daily Home Time
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
