Class A CDL OTR Company Drivers
We offer excellent compensation with up to 62 cents per mile for dry van loads and 68 cents per mile for reefer loads. In addition, we pay ALL miles. Along with great pay, every one of the trucks in our fleet is equipped with GPS, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Fuel cards (with optional daily cash advances) are also provided.
Our fleet travels throughout the contiguous 48 states, focusing on the West, Midwest, and South. Our drivers can experience the roads and surrounding environment from a new perspective in state-of-the-art trucks and trailers. Our fleet is comfortable, clean, & well maintained.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Valid CDL A
- Valid medical certificate
- At least three years of OTR experience
- Must not have any DUIs in the previous 3 years (although one or two minor traffic convictions - such as a speeding ticket - are okay)
- Must be willing to travel coast to coast, specifically from the Carolinas to southern California and back
- Good DMV ONLY
Besides the flexible dispatching noted above, additional benefits include:

- Starting up to $0.62/mile for dry van based on experience with the opportunity for regular increases
- Starting up to $0.68/mile for reefer based on experience with the opportunity for regular increases
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week (which equates to about $6,000-8,000 monthly)
