Farm Route/Delivery Driver

Position: Farm Route/Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering dairy products to processing plants while following all safety and regulatory guidelines. Maintains equipment, communicates with dispatch, ensures proper documentation, and provides excellent customer service.  

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A with tanker endorsement

• Minimum age: 23 years

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

• At least 1 year of experience hauling liquid tankers

• Ability to obtain and maintain a milk handler certification

• Must be in good physical condition with a valid Medical Card (proof of insurability required)

• Familiarity with ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices) and Hours of Service regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Capable of dropping and hooking trailers

• Able to climb ladders to inspect trailer seals

• Strong navigation and problem-solving skills for route planning

• Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, sit for extended periods, and reach overhead
