Must be 23 Years of Age or older OTR (21 for Local)

1 year of OTR/ Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years OTR (6 months Local)

Able to pass Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen

No alcohol related offenses in the past 5 years
-
No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 3 years
-
No felonies in 7 years
-
No cell phone violation 2 years
-
Speeding 15 or more MPH over limit 2 years
Accidents

DOT preventable recordable accidents within the past 12 months to be reviewed (copy of accident report)

No more than 1 preventable in last 12 months (copy of accident report)

No more than 2 preventable in last 36 month
Serious Safety Violations
