COMPANY DRIVER PAY PACKAGE
You work hard for your money as a flatbed driver. That’s why BTC gives you several ways to earn more.
- 3 Months – 1 Year 50cpm or 27% of Freight Revenue
- 1 Year – 2 Years 53cpm or 28% of Freight Revenue
- 2+ Years 55cpm or 29% of Freight Revenue
- New Company Longevity Pay-Your tenure with BTC can earn you up to .60cpm

- Plus a $.06 Pay for Performance Bonus Program
- Detention Pay
