We are growing in West Michigan and are looking to add professional dump truck drivers to grow with our company.

Minimum 2 years experience with CDL A.

Asphalt/ dump/ lead trailer experience preferred but not required. On job training for the right candidate.

Pay range $24-$30 per hour w Overtime pay after 40 hours (based on experience and performance)

Our fleet consists of 13 and 18 speed heavy spec Kenworths, Peterbilts, and Freightliners.

Positions available: $24-$30 based on performance and experience.

Dump truck/ Lead Driver Duties:

• Safely load and deliver hot asphalt mix and aggregates to Jobsites in west Michigan on a quad axle dump truck or lead trailer. Outstanding hours. Minimum 40 hours a week. Paid OT after 40 hours. Home daily.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Work from April-December
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, submit daily reports, and ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and paperwork.
• Aware of surrounding and the environment around you for safety purposes
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be willing to work long hours and Saturdays.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Drive a 13, 18, or automatic transmission
• Capable of handling the transportation of heavy loads over 80,000 lbs.
• Operate trucks with wet kits / ptos.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A
• Proven 2 years experience as a CDL A driver
• Excellent driving record with no accidents or violations
• Ability to operate different types of commercial vehicles
• Strong knowledge of roads and routes.
• Physical stamina to endure long hours on the road
• Excellent communication skills and customer service- oriented mindset
