HIRING COMPANY DRIVERS CDL CLASS A OTR POSITION
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION OTR POSITION
* 3-4 weeks out on the road / 4-5 days home time
* Personal dispatcher will be assigned, who will know how, what and where you like to move
* No force dispatching
* Dry Van Freight / No Touch / General Freight / Trucks 2020-2023 Freightliner Cascadia,
Volvo VNL 760 (fridge & inverters, top speed 73mph)
* Fuel Card (EFS Pilot & Flying J)
* Direct Deposit every Friday
* Escrow Total of $1000 taken in increments $100x10 weeks
AVERAGE MILES AND PAY FOR COMPANY DRIVERS
Solo Company Drivers up to 4000 miles
Pay = 0.60 cents ALL MILES PAID depends on experience & records
+ 5 cents if you go over 3000 miles per week
Or 30% of gross revenue 8-11k per week
We have cooperation and some direct clients throughout the year with our experienced
dispatch team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Be at least 23 years of age
* Safe driving record and history
* Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals
* NO DUI / NO SAP
* Able to pass Clearing House required by the FMCSA
* 2 YEARS OVER THE ROAD EXPERIENCE NEEDED AT LEAST
