Additional Compensation:	Details
Monthly Safety Bonus	$0.08 additional per mile for every mile dispatched in the calendar month (Qualify each month with > 10,000 miles, a clean CSA, no accidents, warnings or violations and completed safety training - receive this bonus in the 2nd settlement of the following month)
Additional Monthly Safety Bonus for drivers with 5+ and 10+ years of service with Minstar	$0.02 additional per mile (5 years) $0.04 additional per mile (10 years) (Receive this longevity bonus for each month when qualified for Monthly Safety Bonus)
Extra stops in transit	$40.00 per extra pickup or delivery (excludes initial pickup and final delivery)
Deck set up (bringing the deck into place)3	$35.00 for each trailer set up
Deck tear down (pushing the deck up)	$20.00 for each trailer tear down
Clean inspection bonus3	Turn in paperwork for a clean inspection and receive the following bonus immediately: Level 3 - $100.00, Level 2 - $200.00, Level 1 - $300.00
Bonus for delivering first dealer deck load3	$250.00 upon delivery of load
Referral bonus	Refer a qualified owner/operator to Minstar and receive $4,000. Paid increments of $500 on the 3rd settlement of the month for 8 months (both drivers must remain active)
Bridge tolls	Reimbursed 100%
Tolls (non-bridge)	Reimbursed 50%
Extra pay for delivering in the Boroughs: Long Island, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Richmond, Queens	$125.00 per trip
Fuel surcharge pay	Schedule provided based on DOE rates
Scale tickets	Reimbursed 100% when turned in with trip
Lumpers3	Reimbursed 100% with prior approval
Base plate credit (longevity bonus)	Receive a monthly credit based on years of service, up to the following percentage of the base plate cost: 1st year – 0% 2nd year – 25% 3rd year – 50% 4th year – 75% 5th year – 100%

1 Deck rates apply when the driver is unloading from the main floor or when the delivery location handles unloading the stock. 2 Dealer Deck rates apply when the driver is required to unload rolling stock using ramps from both upper deck and main floor. 3 Driver may receive this compensation as an advance, if requested.
