CDL A OTR/Regional Owner Operators Needed!
Job Description
We are a west coast carrier with national runs. NV Transport Inc. has been in business for over 25 years and has a friendly family oriented atmosphere, and is known for taking great care of our drivers. NV Transport Inc. has an immediate need for experienced OTR Owner Operator. Drivers with their equipment. We load in 48 States.
Requirements/Skills:
- CDL Class A
- Must have 2 years of experience
- No violations for past year
- No DUI in past 3 years
- 23+ Years Old
- Pre-employment background check includes physical and drug screening
Tasks:
- Complete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage covered at EOD
- Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately
- Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible
- Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management
- Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
This opening will be OTR/Regional:
1. Currently hiring drivers from OR/WA.
2. If OTR isn't for you we have Local loads: Oregon and Washington - all local loads start from Portland Metro Area.
