TLD has announced new pay rates effective immediately:
Experienced Drivers - $.70 per mile
Non-Experienced Drivers - $.67 per mile
Drivers can expect:
- No Fee Rider and Pet Policy
- $2500.00 sign on bonus
- Paid Practical Miles
- $650 Quarterly Safety Bonus
- Live Load Pay
- Breakdown/Layover Pay
- Continuous pay raises until reaching top pay
- Mileage Incentive Plan
- No forced dispatch to NYC or Canada
- NYC/Canada premium pay
- All trailers are driver friendly- no manual tarping
- 80% preloaded trailers for OTR- 100% preloaded for Regionals
- Ability to park overnight at 90% of the customers
- 2 weeks of paid hands-on training
- No broker or warehouse loads
- Deliver to the same customers so routes are familiar
- 24-hour assistance for any issues or questions
