Transco Lines, Inc. is headquartered in Russellville, Arkansas on I-40 between Little Rock and Fort Smith; there is an additional full-service maintenance terminal in Northern Little Rock. Our locations give our drivers easy access, modern maintenance facilities, and complete amenities while they are in town.
This company has and enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy that is designed to help create and maintain a positive and healthy working environment for all members of the workforce.
TLI fully supports inclusivity and diversity and promotes the education and celebration of its employees whether you’re on the road, in an office, or working from home. Every Friday, TLI has a local food truck visit the terminal to serve all members of the team with delicious food. And the best part is – it's free! They hope to see you at the next weekly lunch.

In an effort to outwardly show support for women in the transportation industry, TLI is a member of and supports the Women In Trucking organization. Among the office staff, women are in various leadership positions. The rest of our industry needs to work on doing a more successful job of supporting women in the transportation industry.
TLI has long been a supporter of those who are actively serving and those who have served before. To honor these brave people, TLI increases their pay per mile as a small way of showing gratitude. This company has several wrapped trucks to show support.
This fleet consists of 175 solo drivers and 170 teams. Our slot in the marketplace is a customized service for customers requiring Just-In-Time performance. We pride ourselves on providing ultra-modern assets for our drivers and superior service to our customers.
