ORIENTATION: $100/day
COMPANY OTR/MILEAGE DRIVER (Mileage Pay):
TFY is actively looking for OTR drivers to drive at least 10,000 miles per month.
PAY:
• Base pay starts at $0.50/mile
Monthly bonuses
• 10,000 miles bonus = minimum of $200.00 ($.02/mile on authorized miles)
- Annual salary approx. $62,000
• 11,000 miles bonus = minimum of $220.00* (additional $.02/mile on authorized miles)
- Annual salary approx.. $71, 000
• 12,000 miles bonus = minimum of $240.00 (additional $.02/mile on authorized miles)
- Annual salary approximately $80,000
Paid vacation after first year
Pay increases with tenure

Trucks equipped with EPU, fridge & inverter for your convenience.
2023-2026 trucks also have automatic transmission, adaptive cruise control.
All trucks are equipped with outward facing cameras and crash mitigation systems for safety.
30% of our drivers have over 1 million miles with TFY
Average length of haul 700 miles
80% Drop and Hook, 4:1 Trailer ration = large trailer pools and customers!
Additional earning opportunities include clean inspection and referral bonus
Pay per mile increase each year with TFY
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 22 years old
Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
Live within hiring area
Experience hauling 53’ trailer
Drive 10,000 miles per month
No DUIs or failed/refused drug test
